Design That Lasts….

I hired Tessa to help with me with an apartment renovation that I was going to turn into an AirBNB. She started the project by doing a walk thru of the property and suggesting cabinet layouts, paint colors, and finishes. Throughout the construction she helped me choose flooring options, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures and other various touches. Once the construction was finished is where Tessa really came into action. She helped pick out all the furniture for the units, and then started decorating. She came up with a vision and then went shopping for me! Tessa was a real lifesaver in making this project complete. I couldn't have done this project without her!

We are currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel with Kindred Homestead. From the very first visit we knew that Guy and Tessa would be great to work with. Fresh ideas and an innovative couple. Every question and concern we have they address promptly and handle all the hiccups that come up with an older home remodel. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel that involves wall removal, a fireplace upgrade, and flooring throughout the main level of the home. They listened to our wants and needs and drew up a plan. We are so pleased and grateful that their team is transforming our home.

Tessa is absolutely amazing! She truly changed our home in the most beautiful way. We reached out because we have a large great room that looked like a game “animal” room. It was dark and not decorative. She came over and took measurements and consulted with us for longer than she should have. We were looking for recommendations and ideas to improve our area. She took our vision and turned it into beauty. She was honest which is what I love. She took our opinions and made recommendations based on our inspirations and passion. I’d highly recommend her.
