2022 | What’s To Come…

As 2021 comes to a close, we have been reflecting on all the things that have happened over these last twelve months we are in awe of all that we were blessed with this year. We closed on 5 flip properties, received 3 renovation clients, 1 commercial client, launched a new website, created a new mentorship program, and so much more. Truly, we often laugh at ourselves (followed by pinching ourselves) because we still feel like those 2 young kids, busting open walls and ripping up flooring, not having a clue what we’re doing (you can read more about how we got started HERE). And then we realize…we get to do this for a living!

Each year, we are blown away by the all the Lord provides us. To be honest, we are so humbled and honored that we get to wake up each day, and live out this dream of restoring homes and helping others do the same. We often laugh that we still don’t feel qualified for this job but then we look back at how God has so seamlessly woven the experiences, both joyful and painful, of our past together and you can’t deny the work of the Father. It’s all in the details and He is the master at the details. So we just keep trusting in Him.

But what do we hope for this year? This 2022 year? Well…I’m gonna be honest, we have something really REALLY big in the works; something that feels like a HUGE dream fulfilled for us. We can’t really release the details yet, but…..you guys, we are so freaking excited. We also have a new flip house that we just closed on at the beginning of December that we will be sharing more about. Along with, the Fogel Flip and the Pennsylvania Flip.
