This Week at Our Home

One of the best little upgrades we've made lately has been investing in our sleep. When we decided it was finally time for a new mattress, I promised myself I wasn't going to overlook the sheets this time. After hearing my sisters and mom rave about the Quince bamboo sheets for years, I finally gave them a try—and now I completely understand the hype.

It feels especially meaningful because creating a restful bedroom has been a priority for us for a long time. When we renovated our primary bedroom a few years ago, our goal wasn't simply to design a beautiful space—it was to create a room we couldn't wait to come home to. After spending so much of our time in the busy, shared spaces of our home, we wanted one place that felt peaceful, cozy, and restorative at the end of the day.

We filled the room with timeless finishes, layered textures, and pieces we truly loved, focusing just as much on comfort as aesthetics. One of the details I'm asked about most is the paint color. While many people assume it's green, it's actually Light Blue by Farrow & Ball. Throughout the day, the color shifts between the softest blue and a muted green depending on the natural light, giving the room a calm, collected feel that perfectly complements the space we envisioned.
