Berry Collagen Protein Oats

These Berry Collagen Protein Oats have become one of my favorite slow mornings staples lately. Warm, creamy, protein-packed, and naturally sweetened, they feel like the kind of breakfast that nourishes you from the inside out. Made with sprouted oats, collagen peptides, almond butter, berries, and just a touch of sweetness, this simple bowl packs 31g of protein per serving while still feeling cozy and comforting.

Berry Collagen Protein Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sprouted rolled oats

  • 3 tablespoons Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Advanced

  • 1 egg, cracked

  • 1 tablespoon date paste

  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

  • Handful of berries

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add the oats and 1 cup of water (or milk of choice) to a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Once the oats begin to soften take them off the heat and begin whisk the egg into the oats continuously for 1-2 minutes. Continue whisking to create a creamy texture.

  3. Stir in the collagen peptides, date paste, almond butter, and a pinch of sea salt until fully combined.

  4. Top with a handful of fresh berries and enjoy warm.

Optional toppings:

  • Cinnamon

  • Hemp seeds

  • Chopped walnuts or pecans

  • Drizzle of almond butter
