If you haven’t seen or heard anything out our Fogel Flip house you can read all about it HERE!

We have been working on this home for the last 7 months and suffice it to say, this home has been QUITE the challenge! From it’s funky angles, to water damage, purposefully designed sunk in floor (check this blog post to see what I’m talking about), and so so much more. I’m telling you, you never know what you’re going to get into with these flips but just when we think we’ve seen it all…we quickly realize we HAVE NOT!
