Here We Go Again, Flip House #2
I've been keeping this a secret for a while and I don't even know why! Probably because it all happened so fast and I honestly with projects still going on at my own home this just completely threw me (hence why you haven't see our bathroom remodel yet)! We got the opportunity to purchase this bi-level (actually down the block from our old home) in April and the deal was just too sweet we couldn't pass it up. And now 2 months in we are close to listing the property! SO I have a lot to catch you up on!
The house was previously gutted when we bought it and it had been reframed, so basically we were starting from scratch. The house, like I stated before is a bi-level almost exactly like our old house (HERE) so we kind of knew what we were working with/wanted to do with the spaces. The pictures on the left are from when we bought the property and the picture on the right are half way into the project! A lot has changed since the latest pictures were taken. So hopefully by next week we will be showing you the finished product! So there you have it! Flip house #2 almost in the books! I wasn't able to get any pictures of the lower-level seeing as there was no electricity on either occasions and the lighting so was awful. However, I hope to get some very soon!
